KMB was established by Troy company, operating in Turkey since 1996, and Kyivmetrobud company, operating in Ukraine and many other countries since 1949.

KMB specializes in the design and construction of infrastructure (railway, metro, airport, tunnel, sewerage system, etc.), power plants and dams, public buildings, etc.

1949

Kyivmetrobud Founded

Foundation of Kyivmetrobud company in Ukraine. Start of Kyiv metro construction.

1983

Dnister Power Plant

Completion of Dnister Pumped Storage Power Plant in Ukraine.

1996

Troy Turkey

Troy company begins operations in Turkey.

2005

KMB Founded

Establishment of KMB through Troy and Kyivmetrobud partnership.

2010-2012

Kyiv Metro Projects

Completion of Demiivska, Golosiivska, Vasylkivska, Vystavkovyi Tsentr and Ipodrom stations.

2014

India Expansion

Dwarka Metro Station - India's largest metro station project completed.

2017

Turkey Projects

Highways Service Building (70,000 m²) and Mustafa Kemal Coastal Boulevard projects.

Present Day

Ongoing projects: Syrets-Vynohradar Metro Line, Dnipro Metro, Domaniç Dam, Sadak Dam.
